Landscapes with trees, villages, rivers and mountains
The inquiries into the practice of natural painting in L’Atelier de Santi lead me mainly to unite the landscape and the technique of watercolors. Well, my professional circunstances force me to change my workplace regularly. Trees, villages, rivers and mountains are the preferred theme and “plein air” is the way to represent it. The admiration for the classic masters of the past and current inspire me in the moment of painting “in situ”, in the same place. And trees tend to be irreplaceable companions for inspiration.
